All it takes is the iCloud credentials of the device, to extract sensitive information from even the most secure “secret chats” on Telegram. Since the data on any iPhone is automatically synced to an iCloud server, the hacker does not have to download the app on the target device.

But installing the app does not leave any trace of it behind; even the app icon does not appear on the menu. It runs quietly in the background and doesn’t consume the device’s battery.
