When I’m not writing my next song or another fiction, I spend time reading relevant blogs and articles by global threat intelligence companies. This keeps me updated about the latest advancements in the cybersecurity industry. As a pre-sales analyst, it is of the utmost importance that I understand customer requirements to help build them a bespoke solution or a product such as XVigil. And as an analyst, I am constantly on the lookout for the next big thing that has the potential to redefine the solutions we have in place.

I found this passion for product improvement through client engagement during my MBA years at Symbiosis, and it was then that I decided to try my hand at sales/ pre-sales. I believe my entrepreneurial experience as a channel partner for Bharti Airtel may also have driven me in this direction. Online courses on Udemy and other such sources of the learning point me in the right direction as I proceed to explore this vast field of sales.

Once I was certain about my career path, I focused on choosing a specific line of products and services, which in turn encouraged me to study Cyber Security. At the end of my postgraduate course from the University of Hertfordshire, I had not only achieved the technical expertise that I was seeking, but also developed the social and communication skills necessary for my career path. During the period of my course, I also worked part-time at Starbucks and Shake Sack which boosted my confidence and changed my perspective about life.

I got to know about CloudSEK through word of mouth and it’s been a fascinating nine months since I started working with this extraordinary team.
