“Stubborn on vision, flexible on details” -Jeff Bezos

“During my early career days I realised my passion for product management, and time at London Business School only reinforced my determination to pursue a career in it. After graduating with a masters in management, I worked as a Product Manager at a Fintech startup in London.

As demanding as it is, product management is also a quite rewarding craft. Moreover, it requires one to stay current and proficient with the latest industry trends and it provides endless learning opportunities. I hone my skills and stay updated by listening to inspiring industry leaders, interacting with peers on LinkedIn, and by reading interesting articles on any platform. At times, I even leverage EdTech courses that add value to my professional growth.

My posts on LinkedIn about product management caught the attention of Rahul Sasi and subsequently we connected to exchange thoughts and ideas. Soon enough, Rahul introduced me to CloudSEK. I believe that a company’s culture and values are mirrored in its interview process and much to my amazement, the entire team proved to be as welcoming and accommodating as the interview process itself. The team deserves extra points for its employee-driven culture, which in turn helps to foster growth and development at an individual level.

It was one of my aspirations to be part of such a company that also embraces innovative ideas with the purpose of creating an impact. CloudSEK aligns with my values and perspectives and therefore I did not have a second thought about joining as a CloudSter.

It has been five months since I took on the position of Product Manager at CloudSEK and I have been meeting and coordinating with stakeholders, journeying with ongoing products and projects, working on new ideas and implementation plans, and more. However, outside of work I make sure to take time to read, journal, and workout every day. During the weekends, I bake and spend time with family and friends to unwind. The flexibility of my role allows reconciliation between work and family life.

At work, every day brings a new challenge and opportunity which is quite refreshing and exciting. I intend to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike, of course with the support of the entire team.”
